Hebei Minmetals Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and currently has registered capital valued at 30 million RMB.  The company is the majority owner in a joint venture, Haixing Hemco Auto Parts Industrial Co., Ltd. , located in Haixing, Hebei, with a facility that covers 150,000 square meters.  The factory, manufacturing trailer and caravan components, is focused specifically on supplying leaf springs, steel wheels, mudguards, trailer jacks, towing products, tool boxes, along with caravan doors and windows.  Hebei Minmetals has grown dramatically in recent years, with current turnover exceeding $200 million (USD) and has become a leading manufacturer and exporter of trailer and caravan components from China.
